How long should a kids mattress last?

Your child will need different support as they grow, so you’ll need to change their mattress more often than an adult one. As a general recommendation, it’s advised you change your child’s mattress: Every three years for 3-10-year-olds Every five years for 10-16-year-olds. Remember to ensure your child’s mattress size is suitable as they grow. To ensure they have enough space to sleep comfortably (without long limbs hanging out of the bed!), the mattress should be 10cm longer than your child.
