A: Our Premium Delivery Service starts from £25, but some postcodes will see a higher price due to their location. We do not want to charge our customers for this, but our courier company adds a charge to certain postcodes because they are considered harder to reach.

A: We aim to deliver on most days, including weekdays and Saturdays. Some items are available for Sunday delivery, but this is based on an item-by-item basis. If there is no Sunday delivery option showing, then your item does not qualify for Sunday delivery. If you aren’t able to see any delivery options on a date other than Sunday, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll be able to assist you.

A: You can amend your delivery date before the order is dispatched; once dispatched, we may not be able to amend the date. Unfortunately, the time provided for the delivery is a guide only and could be subject to change depending on the courier company.
