We we let down by a major online retailer beginning with A re delivery as the seller kept on giving us false delivery info.We we let down by a major online retailer beginning with A re delivery as the seller kept on giving us false delivery info. We needed a trundle bed for the following weekend so fortunately we found Happy Beds who had the exact same item in stock & with free delivery. Delivered on time no fuss and we are extremely happy with happy beds!

Was panicking as struts wouldn't go down didn't realise u had to put the mattress on top first which is a mission up in the air ! & It's calibrated for weight as soon as that was on closed easily !🙄

I had made a mistake with the delivery…
I had made a mistake with the delivery address and didn’t realise until the morning of the delivery. I phoned customer services and AbzI had made a mistake with the delivery address and didn’t realise until the morning of the delivery. I phoned customer services and Abz took care of everything. He reorganised delivery to the correct address without any fuss. Wonderful.
