I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, it came next day delivery. After waiting several weeks for a bed frame from another company, this was excellent. Delivery team were on time and pleasant. The bed itself is lovely, but my only complaint is the instructions are a bit rubbish - sometimes they are quite hard to follow whah they want you to do. What happened to words on instructions rather than unclear diagrams! But luckily the end product is great, it just took 3 hours or more to build!
