The bed arrived on time and was packaged well. It’s a fantastic bed and the shelves are fab!! We are really happy with it.The bed arrived on time and was packaged well. It’s a fantastic bed and the shelves are fab!! We are really happy with it. Making it up as others have said isn’t easy so give yourself a day to get it sorted, the instructions start of easy but towards the end it’s a bit of a free for all working it out and they do miss a step randomly- However it’s worth it for the great bed! We are delighted as are my daughters aged 3&5!

Delivery guys polite and helpful The bed was straight forward to build but took a bit of time as we are both in our seventies. In the instructions it shows the bed frame up while connecting the gas struts without the mattress on. It takes a lot of strength to close it without the mattress on Other than that really pleased with the bed
