It was great to speak to a customer services who understood the issue, gave practical advice and followed up with an email. Refreshing to speak to a customer services who answered the telephone promptly, gave helpful instructions and were available to help if we still had any issues. Public facing organisations and many private facing companies could learn a lot from Happy beds’s customer services .
