Email the night before, email on the morning of delivery, tracker to follow where the driver was, delivered on time by two men who we’re very careful with the product and careful about not damaging my house, thank you. Bed arrived on time, instructions for build were so easy to follow, all pieces clearly labelled. Went together like a dream and looks amazing. Took about 4 hours (2 people) to put together. Exceptionally robust. My son sleeps on the bottom bunk and my 7 year old grandson on the top. Mattresses really comfortable (memory foam) and fabulous quality, So pleased we chose this product and this company. Happy Beds for Happy Customers. Thank you so much.
