Sleep Tips for Kids – An Educational Resource

Teach and learn about sleep hygiene

Whether you’re a teacher or a parent, educating children about the importance of a good night's sleep is essential. After all, being well rested can help with everything from kids’ development to their behaviour.

Here at Happy Beds, our motto is 'because everybody needs a good night's sleep', and we're committed to helping everyone get their forty winks. So, we've teamed up with Sleep Therapist Kirsty Vant to create a useful animated sleep video for children, and a fun quiz to test their sleep hygiene knowledge.

Give it a go, and don’t forget to let us know how your little ones got on over on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

It’s time to get educated about sleep!

The video and quiz below help to build awareness on the importance of a good night’s sleep by providing tips for both children and parents whilst highlighting how habits during the day can affect sleep.

We have a section of downloadable resources including a lesson plan and worksheet available further down the page.
