We are all experiencing incredibly confusing and unpredictable times. In consideration of the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19, we wish to reassure you that we are taking necessary precautions to protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and our partners.


We will continue to operate our business in accordance with government guidelines. We are accepting, dispatching and delivering all orders as normal.


We understand the importance of our customers feeling safe and comfortable in their homes. For your peace of mind, we are offering a safe and contact free delivery service to the doorstep of all properties.


Happy Beds are closely monitoring the advice and information provided by the government and commit to updating you if anything changes. Rest assured, our priority remains providing you with the quality goods you’ve come to expect in the safest possible way.

I have an order with you, are you operating as normal?

Happy Beds is open as normal!

We have reduced the number of staff in our office and all of our staff that can work from home are doing so! Those who are still working in the office are following the strict government working guidelines.

If you need anything please visit our contact us page where our customer services team will be ready and waiting to answer any of your queries!

I have placed an order with you, will my order be delayed?

We are aiming to deliver all orders on the dates you requested during checkout.

If there are any unforeseen circumstances in which we can not deliver to you, we will be sure to contact you directly to reschedule your delivery.

I am worried about accepting my home delivery, what can I do?

To ensure your safety and that of our drivers, we are adhering to government advice about social distancing.

During this time, we will not be entering your home and be offering a contactless delivery service, whereby our delivery drivers will knock and leave your items by your front door.

Public Health England and other national and international health organisations have all said that there is no evidence to suggest that Coronavirus can be transmitted through packages.

If you would rather reschedule your delivery until after the lockdown, please do contact us.

Happy Beds is open as usual!

I want to place an order with you, will my order be processed?

We are still processing all orders as normal. Close to the date of delivery you will receive a dispatch notification email.

If for any reason, we cannot honour the dates you select during checkout, we will contact you immediately to reschedule.

Will my order be delayed?

We are not expecting any deliveries to be delayed, please select your dates as normal when you checkout.

If the government releases new guidelines and advice that impacts our ability to adhere to the dates you selected, we will be in contact with you to reschedule your delivery.
